Western New York Southern Ontario Repeater Council

The Western New York - Southern Ontario Repeater Council (WNYSORC)

is a service organization which provides frequency coordination services in the State of New York, Counties of:

Niagara, Erie, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Wyoming, Genesee, Orleans

PLUS:

Monroe County west of the Genesee River, excluding the City of Rochester, Livingston County west of the Genesee River, Allegany County west of the Genesee River.

and in the Province of Ontario, Counties of;

Brant, Bruce, Chatham-Kent, Dufferin, Elgin, Essex, Grey, Halidmand, Haliburton, Huron, Lambton, Middlesex, Muskoka, Norfolk, Parry Sound, Northumberland, Oxford, Perth, Peterborough, Simcoe, Wellington, Waterloo, Victoria

and the Regions of:

Durham, Halton, Niagara, Peel, Waterloo, York and the GTA

and the Major Cities of;

Hamilton, Toronto, Windsor, St. Thomas, London, Kitchener-Waterloo, Chatham-Kent and Barrie.

 Note: The above has been amended to reflect the dissolution of Regional Municipality of Haldimand-Norfolk into the Towns (now "Counties") of Haldimand and Norfolk.

Coordination services are provided by the Upper New York Repeater Council, Inc. in the State of New York, Counties of:

Orange, Putnam, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia, Greene, Albany, Rensselaer, Schoharie, Schenectady, Saratoga, Washington, Warren, Hamilton, Lewis, Jefferson, Oswego, Oneida, Herkimer, Fulton, Montgomery, Otsego, Delaware, Broome, Chenango, Madison, Cortland, Onondaga, Tioga, Tompkins, Cayuga, Chemung, Schuyler, Yates, Seneca, Wayne, Steuben, Ontario, Rockland

PLUS:

Monroe County east of the Genesee River, including the City of Rochester, Livingston County east of the Genesee River, Allegany County east of the Genesee River, Essex County south of a line between Westport, NY and Ampersand Lake

SLVRC - St. Lawrence Valley Repeater Council

Coordination services are provided by the St Lawrence Valley Repeater Council in the State of New York, Counties of:

St. Lawrence and Franklin

and in the Province of Ontario, Counties of;

Prescott & Russell, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry, Lanark, Leeds & Grenville, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington, Hastings, Renfrew, Prince Edward

PLUS:

Nipissing County east of a line drawn from the northwestern intersection of the Renfrew County line with the Ottawa River (between Deux Rivieres and Mattawa, Ontario) to the North East corner of Haliburton County

and the Cities of;

Ottawa (including the Canadian National Capital Area) Kingston, Brockville, Cornwall and Belleville.

All other Counties/Cities/Regions in Ontario are not currently served by a formal coordination body.
